Ethiopia — not a § 126.1 destination

ITAR · Part 126 · § 126.1

Live eCFR § 126.1 (reflected in eCFR § 126.1 since the version dated 2026-09-18) shows paragraphs (n)–(o) [Reserved]. Ethiopia is not in Table 2 to § 126.1(d)(2). Ordinary ITAR licensing, exemptions, and AECA apply on a case-by-case basis — the same way they apply to destinations that are not listed in § 126.1. This is not a 126.1 listing, not a license, and not an exemption. Do not invent licensing outcomes.
