ITAR hardware: DSP in DECCS (Part 123). EAR: SNAP-R (Parts 748 / 750). Classification is not authorization.

File EEI in AES
File EEI through CBP Automated / ACE. ITAR hardware: § 123.22 is 8 hours air/truck and 24 hours sea/rail, plus presentation. No 72-hour ITAR clock. EAR clearance doctrine is Part 758. FTR (15 CFR part 30) / EAR part 758, not ITAR.
